The Board of Directors is the governing body responsible for the overall oversight of SORUDEO. It provides strategic leadership and ensures that all programmes and operations are aligned with the organisation’s vision, mission, aims, and objectives.

The Board is composed of highly respected, experienced, and innovative individuals drawn from diverse professional backgrounds. With strong expertise in rural development and community livelihoods, its members provide valuable leadership that enhances performance, strengthens accountability, and supports effective strategic direction and governance.

Management Team

Our Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of SORUDEO activities. The team coordinates the efforts of staff and beneficiaries to ensure that SORUDEO’s vision, mission, aims, and objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively through the optimal use of available resources.

The Management Team comprises well-qualified graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a deep understanding of rural life and community dynamics. Their knowledge and experience enable them to deliver programmes that are both practical and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
